We are among the highest trained ADIs in the UK and have a vast amount of experience in the driver training industry. Having successfully completed an Advanced Driving Instruction course at Cranfield University (Driver Research Group), we believe the driver training industry needs to drastically change to address the real issues affecting driver behaviour and the standard of driving on the roads. We are based in Edinburgh and Leeds but have national coverage through our network of specially trained and selected Fleet Registered Trainers across the UK. What is different about us? We are very highly trained and unlike other fleet companies, we incorporate the "GDE Matrix" into how we deliver driver education. This very specific approach allows us tailor our driver training around the individual concerned and as such reduce the amount of time your drivers spend away from their normal role and on in car development. Our unique approach also enables us to carefully pair up drivers for in car development where this is appropriate.
